As a People & Performance Advisor, you'll be a trusted partner to our people leaders and employees, providing expert advice, guidance & support across the employee lifecycle.

From employment relations and change management to culture, high performance and leadership development, you'll play a key role in shaping a workplace where people thrive.

The ability to quickly engage and build effective relationships is essential.

Ideally you will have experience in working in large and complex organisations in a support or advisory capacity with the focus of developing a high performing and inclusive culture.


You'll need an inquisitive mind with a creative yet outcome focused approach to supporting in people related matters.


To be successful in this role you will have:


  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, or related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in HR Advisory
  • Experience in handling complex ER matters and a good understanding of NZ employment law
  • Previous experience in providing coaching and advice to people leaders
  • The ability to understand business issues and demonstrate a business focus
