In this role, you will be responsible for administering the plant payroll system and providing general administrative support to the wider HR team.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Payroll Manager with all aspects of payroll processingServe as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries from staffManage and prioritise workload to meet, and where possible, exceed payroll deadlinesMaintain confidentiality and ensure all payroll tasks are completed accurately and on timeProcess weekly wage payments via direct credit to employee bank accountsApply the relevant elements of the Collective Agreement to payroll calculations and proceduresMaintain accurate employee records and databasesProvide general administrative support to the HR teamAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:A minimum of 2 years' hands-on payroll experienceStrong knowledge of payroll systems and office administration softwareProficiency with the Microsoft Office suiteExcellent attention to detail and time management skillsA high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work independentlyWhat we offerAt Blue Sky, we value motivated individuals who are keen to contribute and grow with the business.
