With operations in eight cities and growing, we support our people to do their best work and create unforgettable guest experiences.About The RoleJoin our team as a Payroll Administrator on a 12-month fixed term basis and play a key role in delivering accurate and efficient payroll across Skyline's New Zealand businesses.
In this part-time role, you'll be the link between our payroll team and operational leaders, ensuring payroll processes are timely, compliant and aligned with business needs.Key Responsibilities IncludeCoordinating weekly payroll across all Skyline New Zealand businesses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Serving as the key point of contact between the finance team and operational leaders, managing payroll queries, leave processes, and time and attendance data.Maintaining payroll systems and ensuring data integrity through accurate data collection, reporting and system management.Driving continuous improvement by supporting to streamline payroll workflows, minimise errors and support efficient, reliable payroll processing.What You'll BringExposure to payroll processes in a medium to large organisation, with knowledge of payroll systems, employment agreements, and relevant legislation.Strong technical skills, including proficiency in payroll software, spreadsheets, and other Microsoft applications.High level of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines, working independently or as part of a team.Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills.Join our teamWe're always aiming to share real fun with the world and make people smile.
