Role Summary
As Parts & Service Advisor, you'll act as the communication link between our customers and service department personnel.
You'll be responsible for creating a customer-first experience for every customer by understanding their needs and providing the right parts and service when they need them.
You will need to work across the dealership, actively supporting the Parts and Service, Sales and Administration departments at all times to deliver these services.

Requirements and Qualifications
High level of professionalism and presentation
Polite demeanour and excellent customer service skills
Automotive parts knowledge is a bonus
Full driver's license and ability to drive manual
Confident with strong computer skills and ability to work unsupervised
Ability to work as part of a team and maintain an honest, reliable work ethic
Experience
Automotive industry experience advantageous
Working Hours
Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5pm with every third Saturday, 8am - 12pm.
