We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional for our Westgate Factory Outlet on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities
Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership and use available store resources to meet or exceed them.
Model our service and selling standards and take ownership of sales floor productivity to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's full product offer is represented on the sales floor.
Represent the adidas brand and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
Requirements
To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success.
You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours
Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends.
