We are seeking a proactive and organised PA / Team Administrator to join a supportive team within a leading healthcare organisation based in Smales Farm, Takapuna.
This is a full-time role for 3–6 months, with the potential for extension.
It's an excellent opportunity to contribute to a meaningful sector while enjoying working with a friendly and supportive team.Key Responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining Purchase Orders for the department
Booking meetings, coordinating schedules, and taking minutes as required
Providing general administration support to the wider team
You'll Bring:
Previous experience in an administrative role involving PA duties
Ideally experience working within the health sector
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence with systems and the ability to pick up new tools quickly
A collaborative, can-do attitude.
