About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Outpatient Administrator to join our Urology team.
If you're organised, people-focused, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this could be your next opportunity!
As the Outpatient Administrator, youll be the vital link in ensuring efficient outpatient clinic operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and booking patient appointments in a timely, clinically appropriate mannerMaintaining accurate patient records and managing appointment waitlistsSupporting internal and external stakeholders with top-tier customer serviceProducing booking and waitlist data for service managers to support clinic planning and resource optimisationContributing as a senior member of the admin team to service improvements and innovation in patient experienceAbout you:
Youll bring a strong background in administrative support, with a sharp eye for detail and a calm, professional presence.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
At least 1-2 years experience in a customer-focused administration role, ideally within healthcareExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong time management and organisational abilitiesA proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvementA genuine commitment to equity and quality care for our diverse communityIf you're detail-driven, thrive on organisation and teamwork, and enjoy making a meaningful difference, we want to hear from you!
