Join the Outbound Territory Manager role at Goodman Fielder.The OpportunityDue to an internal promotion, we are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Outbound Territory Manager to join our Auckland based Outbound team to grow our customer base, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service through outbound calls.You'll be the voice of Goodman Fielder, supporting our Route Food Service customers across NZ and helping them access the products they love.
You will own your territory and build genuine connections with cafés, bakeries, dairies, and other small food businesses over the phone.What You'll DoBuild lasting relationships with customers over the phone, offering tailored solutions to grow their business.Proactively identify sales opportunities and secure new customers to drive growth across your territory.Collaborate with Field Sales, Channel Managers and Distributors to align on promotions and account support.Maintain detailed call cycles and use CRM tools (Salesforce) to track performance and pipeline.What You'll BringProven telesales or outbound sales experience, ideally in FMCG or food-related industries.A genuine passion for food and the people who work in it – small business owners and food operators.Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.Tech-savvy with solid Excel and CRM system experience (Salesforce preferred).
