The Dunedin City Council (DCC) takes great pride in delivering a broad range of services to the communities of this unique and fascinating city.
From our roads to recycling, public libraries and pools, water supply to walking tracks, and everything in between, DCC's people are talented and committed to serving their city.We're looking for a passionate OD Advisor to help us build a modern, inclusive, and values-led workplace.
In this role, you'll design and deliver initiatives that strengthen our culture, boost engagement, and support leadership and performance across DCC.You'll work closely with teams across the organisation to identify opportunities, co-create solutions, and bring them to life — all while being part of a team that's serious about impact and connection.About the RoleThis is a permanent role, based in Dunedin.
You'll:Develop and deliver OD and L&D initiatives that support our people to grow and succeedCollaborate with business groups to embed change and drive engagementSupport planning, coordination, and logistics across OD programmesContribute to projects that improve leadership, performance, and cultureFacilitate sessions and workshops as part of end-to-end project deliveryResearch, diagnose, and design fit-for-purpose solutions with the support of the OD teamAbout YouYou might already be working in OD, or you may bring experience in research, analysis, or other areas of People & Capability.
