What You’ll Do

  • Support Optimisation Leads to identify efficiency gains in business processes by conducting process reviews, using Continuous Improvement/Agile methodology.

  • Support enablement of POCs/Pilots and, in collaboration with the Optimization Analyst, prepare reporting on pilot summaries and efficiency gains.

  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support embedding new processes or initiatives.

    Coach and support Primary Connect leaders.

  • Work collaboratively across Primary Connect and wider business, bringing together key stakeholders to ideate and deliver end-to-end improvements.

  • Coordinate and facilitate Big Room Planning to identify future opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

  • Process Improvement methodology experience and training in Lean or Six Sigma.

  • Project Management experience.

  • The ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders.

  • Supply Chain industry experience.

  • Excellent written communication, with the ability to prepare packs on initiatives for senior executives.

  • Diligent and persuasive in following up with senior leaders to update initiative tracking.
