The OpportunityWe are currently looking for an experienced Northern Territory Operations Manager to oversee our Asphalt, Maintenance and Production teams across Northern Territory.
Based out of Tivendale, the successful candidate will be responsible for the continued growth and performance of all the asphalt, maintenance and production teams to ensure works are delivered in a safe and timely manner and to an acceptable level of quality.

This role has a base salary of 190K+We will support you obtaining the relevant working visa for Australia.Important SkillsA sound understanding in delivering complex asphalt and maintenance operations in both metro and regional locationsQualifications in Civil Engineering, Business Management or related discipline idealA successful track record of proactively building relationships with key clients, stakeholders and developing new business opportunitiesExposure to leading teams and driving accountability to achieve business outcomes including safety, quality and productivityStrong financial acumen with the ability to prepare and monitor operational forecasts and budgetsStrong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate and liaise with people at all levels, both internal and external, to maintain positive working relationshipsCommitment to quality outcomes with a focus on delivering in full and on timeStrong safety focus - actively participate in and support Downer Zero Harm initiatives and strategiesHow to applyIf this sounds like the opportunity for you, click Apply Now to submit your application.
