Position Summary:The Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of the National Office, ensuring efficiency, productivity, compliance and alignment with BNI Global, regional and national strategic goals.
This role manages a team, leads processes, and applies policies to drive operational success.The RoleYou'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our New Zealand team, ensuring seamless delivery, team alignment, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and optimize operational systems, processes, and workflowsLead, coach, mentor and develop a high-performing operational team and emerging leaders.Oversee day-to-day operations and key projects including integration of Core and franchised regionsImplement strategy through scorecards according to strategic pillars provided by BNI Global.Collaborate with senior leadership on planning and execution and maintain a collaborative partnership with other teams while staying aligned with core expertise.Create, implement, and maintain operational/administrative policies, processes and ensure complianceDrive operational excellence, resource allocation, and service delivery including contributing to procurement, contracts, events, webinars and trainings.Manage P&L budgeting, and risk within operations including finance, HR, legal processes, and conform to budget.Key Competencies:Performance Management – Ability to effectively oversee, evaluate, and enhance employee performance to align with organizational goals.
