What you’ll do

Project Management

  • Lead high-value Capex and Opex projects, from equipment upgrades to replacements, delivering on time, on budget, and to the highest engineering standards.

  • Drive optimisation studies to unlock greater efficiency and performance.

  • Oversee project documentation and reporting with precision and clarity.

Process Analysis & Evaluation

  • Explore and evaluate manufacturing processes to spot opportunities for smarter, safer, and more efficient operations.

  • Conduct feasibility and cost–benefit studies, turning insights into actionable proposals for leadership.

  • Tackle complex issues head-on, introducing innovative solutions that keep production moving.

  • Champion continuous improvement, boosting productivity, safety, and product quality while cutting waste and costs.

  • Design smart systems to track and analyse production data, maximising equipment and team performance.

  • Lead investigations into Quality Events, driving corrective and preventative actions that strengthen our operations.

Documentation & Data Management

  • Shape and streamline production documentation — from SOPs and batch records to project and validation plans.

  • Safeguard compliance with cGMP, ensuring all processes meet the highest standards.

  • Partner with SMEs to create robust documentation for new products, processes, and equipment.

  • Maintain accurate, compliant data systems that keep production running smoothly.

What you’ll bring

  • 4+ years’ experience in manufacturing, with proven ability to lead projects from idea to delivery.

  • Exposure to GMP environments and technical writing will set you apart.

  • Confident with MS Word, Excel, Project, Visio, and document management systems.

  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related field is a big plus.

  • A sharp problem-solver with strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.

  • Mechanically minded, proactive, and always ready to find smarter solutions.

  • Adaptable and detail-driven, with the ability to juggle priorities and manage risk under pressure.
