From coordinating meetings and managing compliance documentation to supporting audits and training, you’ll play a vital role in keeping everything on track.

Key responsibilities

  • Preparing agendas, papers, and minutes for national and weekly meetings
  • Following up on action items and maintaining accurate logs
  • Supporting ISO recertifications and quality audits
  • Updating HR systems and training registers
  • Assisting with analytics and reporting for HR and operations
