We are seeking a proactive and experiencedOperations & Administration Team Leaderto lead the smooth running of our organisation's day-to-day support services.

This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and enjoys working with people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee payroll, accounts, and financial reporting, including preparing the annual budget and reporting on monthly variances.
  • Supervise a small team and manage personnel administration duties.
  • Maintain the safety, compliance, and operational standards of the facility, grounds, and vehicles.
  • Ensure a secure, well-functioning, and welcoming environment that meets all regulatory and organisational requirements.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Lead workplace health and safety initiatives.
  • Support and promote an inclusive environment, with openness to understanding and valuing Te Ao Māori.
  • About You:

  • An energised self-starter with strong interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Advanced capability in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to work flexibly, prioritise tasks, and maintain an organised and effective workflow.
  • Experience in financial administration and team supervision.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Full NZ driver's licence, residence & eligibility to live and work in Aotearoa.
