On-Site End User Support Engineer (NZ Citizens Only)

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced On-Site End User Support Engineer to provide hands-on IT support across desktops, laptops, and related systems.
You’ll be responsible for resolving technical issues, onboarding users, and ensuring a smooth IT experience for all staff.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support and timely resolution of incidents and requests.
Set up and configure new laptops/desktops for onboarding users.
Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365, and other applications.
Diagnose and repair hardware, printers, and mobile devices.
Support network connectivity (Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewalls).
Maintain asset inventory and documentation in ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in Windows desktop and end-user support.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, SCCM, Intune, and BitLocker.
Experience with mobile device management (iOS/Android) and Teams conferencing.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes.
