North Beach is New Zealand's largest family owned Surf, Skate and Street Fashion Retailer, stocking the latest and greatest with 12 stores across New Zealand.

Do you know that feeling of thrill and excitement as you wait for your online orders to arrive at your doorstep?

Perfect, we have the job for you!



We’re currently looking for someone with Retail Stock experience to join our store at the Five Mile Shopping Centre in the role of Online Dispatch and Returns.





Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-4pm, 37.5hours.

You must also be available to work public holidays and commit to school holidays (leave blockout).



Your primary goal will be ensuring our customers are blown away with their North Beach shopping experience.

You’ll be shooting out our online orders as soon as they come in, so our customers are delighted when their orders arrive perfectly packaged the very next day.



Your daily tasks will include:

• Accurately locating stock for online orders

• Packing and dispatching parcels using our dispatch software

• Processing online customer returns

• Processing stock, entering units into the system, re-stocking the shop floor

• Providing ongoing assistance as directed by the Online Team and Store Managers



We need someone highly diligent and process-focused, with the accuracy and attention to detail needed to run our dispatch like a well-oiled machine.



You will need to have previous retail storeroom / stock / online dispatch experience and a proven track record of success in a similar role / industry.



Strong computer skills and an eagerness to progress your skills and develop best practice procedures are also essential.



Ideally you will have experience in a similar role, but we’re open to anyone who can demonstrate the skills, accuracy and attitude we need.
