    • The On-The-Go Representative is responsible for managing stock and making transactional sales - this is a mix between account management (for sales), inventory (for stock accountability) and trade sales (for special order processing).

    • To be successful in this role you will have the following key skills to carry out the following responsibilities:

    People & Communication Skills - On-the-Go Reps oversee every aspect of stocked product needed for the van right through to sales to the Customer.
    This means On-the-Go Reps are constantly in communication with a wide variety of both Branch Teams and Customers.


    Organizational and strong attention to detail - ability to receive/record Inventory, maintain count accuracy within the Van and manage inventory records for stock levels.

    Being organised helps to reduce errors while ensuring work is completed efficiently.


    Tech savvy - proficient technical skills is important as you will be required to use the eftpos machine, the Point-of-Sale Terminal and RF scanners, among other internal systems.


    Calm under pressure - there are a number of challengeing scenarios that can present during everyday business.

    Keeping cool in these situations, not getting frustrated will help a person be successful in this role.


    Service-oriented and responsible - ready to go the extra mile, take responsibility and being accountable are important traits required for the role.


    Forward-looking - always asks what's next?

    As a problem solver you will hustle to find a solution and be willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done

    You will need to hold a full clean NZ driver's licence and pass a pre-employment drug test.
