## About this role* Work in a busy and dynamic environment supporting daily back of house operations* Based at our Wellington National Office* Two permanent opportunities, full-time positions**Mo te tunga | About the role**As the **Office Services Coordinator** you will deliver both the front house and back house services supporting the operations of the building at National Office.
You'll ensure that services are delivered efficiently and in a timely manner, with a focus on quality and excellent customer service.You will provide customer service support to National Office staff on enquiries related to the building, facilities and services, including, but not limited to; mailroom support, managing meeting rooms, centralised stationery, general enquiries and administration, as well as supporting Reception by being a back-up including answering phone calls and assisting visitors.Your role is fundamental in ensuring the smooth running of the operations of National Office for all our colleagues and visitors.
By developing and maintaining effective relationships and clear communication with the Workplace Services Manager and peers, you will foster collaborative delivery of services across National Office.

**Utu a-tau | Salary**The midpoint of the salary range is $60,166 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $54,080 - $72,200 per annum.
