A bit about the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Coordinator for a fixed term while we review our requirements.
The fixed term is until the end of January ****.
As office co-ordinator you will be responsible for managing the reception area, performing general office duties, and providing support for staff and customer events.
This role requires a well-organized individual with excellent communication skills, a sociable nature, and an interest in technology.
Key responsibilities
Provide support administrative duties in the office to ensure the office is operating smoothly
Greet visitors at the reception desk and ensure protocol is followed
Manage office supplies and place orders as necessary
Coordinate maintenance & contractor visits
Booking staff travel
Receive stock & Mail
Ensure pantry and fridge supplies are maintained at appropriate levels
Order catering and preparation for staff / office events
Occasional coffee runs for management
Other event support as required
What you'll need
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sociable Nature: Friendly and approachable demeanour, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff and visitors
Competent in Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn new systems with ease
Interest in Technology: A genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn about our products and services
Confidence to hit the ground running
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is not required but may be useful
