Office & Events Assistant (Part-time)
Auckland CBD | ~24 hours per week (flexible, min.

4 days in office) | Start: October ****
Use your organisational skills to help protect and restore the ocean.
Join a team founded by Olympic and America's Cup champions Peter Burling and Blair Tuke, harnessing the power of sport to drive action for a healthy ocean.
About Live Ocean Foundation
Live Ocean Foundation is a New Zealand marine conservation charity with a vision of a healthy ocean for a healthy future.
Our mission is to scale up marine science, innovation and outreach.
We partner with exceptional New Zealand marine scientists, innovators and communicators whose work has global implications for the protection of the ocean and the life in it.
About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised, relationship-minded team assistant — the glue that keeps our small, purpose-driven team running smoothly.
This hands-on role combines office coordination, event support, and day-to-day team assistance.
You'll help with meetings, CRM updates, shared inboxes, logistics, and events, as well as supporting digital assets, financial processes, and partner engagement.
No two days are the same!
About You
You're proactive, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You enjoy supporting others, building relationships, and making things happen.
You'll bring strong admin skills, event or logistics experience, and a genuine passion for the ocean.
