You'll be the friendly face that greets our clients and visitors, making them feel right at home.
This full-time role (8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday) and is perfect for someone who's previously thrived in a professional services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver top notch administrative support to Partners and Staff to ensure smooth office operations.Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.Event planning and coordination.Assist in the coordination and organization of office activities and meetings.Maintain a suite of client database systems with precision and care.Collaborate with our team to boost office efficiency and productivity.What We OfferA friendly and genuinely supportive team environment where everyone has your back.A chance to be part of a reputable and dynamic business - boredom is not on the menu!
