Job description

We have full time opportunity for Office Administration to join our dynamic team in Auckland.

You will be required to work between Monday-Friday for minimum 30 hours to maximum 40 hours.

Role responsibilities:

·        Responsible for maintaining office services by organising office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions.

·        Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, making necessary adjustments.

·        Coordinating with company vehicle fleet, REGOs, WOFs, servicing and repairs etc.

·        Managing day to administration tasks of the business

·        To ensure the office stationery stock and required products are in stock all the time for the uninterrupted operations

·        Advertising the vacant positions and liaising with Work and Income for the same if required

·        Schedule meetings and appointments with professionals and management

·        Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs

·        Coordinate with IT professionals on all office equipment

·        Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time

·        Conducting and reviewing the performance of the staff and prepare the reports.

·        Prepare new employees’ contract and other relevant paperwork as per the company instruction.

·        Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, and security services

·        Ensure employment activities follow company standards and comply with government regulations.

·        To ensure business compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

·       To be successful you must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience or Level 5 Diploma or higher qualification in Management / Accounting / Operations Management

·       Ability to work independently

·       Must be physically fit

·       High attention to detail and accountability for tasks.

·       Strong organisation skills with ability to manage completing priorities and deliver high-quality work in high-volume environment

·       People-oriented and results-driven, with the ability to motivate staff and ensure collective company goals are met.

·       Zero Tolerance of alcohol and drugs in the workplace

·       Clean Character Background

Salar can be negotiated as per your proven experience level; it will range from $29 to $34 per hour.
