Office Administrator Job Opening In Auckland – Now Hiring Clmnz


Job description

We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Office Administrator to support multiple departments at our Support Office in St Johns.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily and weekly administration tasks while contributing to a positive and supportive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:Undertake a wide range of administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the officeAssist with loading job advertisements on Seek and other platformsSupport short-listing applicants and recruitment processesAssist with debtors/creditors and financial administration tasksProvide data entry support to the accounts teamSupport Health & Safety administrationFoster a positive, professional, and motivating work environment for staff.Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience in an office administration role is essentialStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and make informed decisionsProactive, solutions-focused mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
