About the Role
We're seeking a proactive and versatile Office & Accounts Administrator to join our clients team based in Christchurch.
This is a hands-on role that blends general office administration with accounts support, customer service, and operational coordination.
You'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks including invoicing, processing job cards, supporting showroom operations, and assisting with end-of-month reporting.
A mechanical understanding would be advantageous, as you'll be working closely with servicing teams.
Key Responsibilities
General office administration and support
Accounts processing and invoicing
Job card management and servicing support
End-of-month reporting and data analysis
Processing credits and adjustments
Customer service and client-facing support
Showroom assistance during busy periods and occasional (but rare) Saturdays
Ordering and managing office supplies
Vehicle registration pick-ups (Full NZ driver's licence required)
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in administration, accounts, or office coordination
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Mechanical understanding or interest (preferred but not essential)
Full NZ driver's licence
