    • About the Role:

    We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Nightshift Pick/Packer & Administration Assistant to join our highly valued nightshift team.

    This is a key role supporting our nightshift manager, offering administration backup when needed and ensuring smooth and efficient management of stock, order fulfilment, and administrative tasks during the night shift.


    This role is primarily a pick/packing role with some administration work as and when required to help the Nightshift Management team throughout the night.

    You must be confident and able to complete pick/packing tasks using a RF scanner, comfortable lifting up to 25kg and have basic some computer skills and be willing to learn Bidfood’s stock management program.


    Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring correct items are selected and packed securely.
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of goods.
  • Running various reports through the shift to ensure all customer orders have been correctly allocated, picked and invoiced.
  • Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as order processing, data entry, and managing stock records when required.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.
