Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team and make a real impact on people's lives?

Look no further! Our Leisure Centres in East and South Auckland are booming, and we're on the lookout for motivated Fitness Instructors or aspiring fitness professionals to join our Network Support Team.


Picture this: you'll have the chance to experience a variety of roles within our Leisure centres, allowing you to grow your skills and broaden your horizons.

Whether you're already a seasoned Fitness Instructor or a student studying towards a fitness career, we want to hear from you!


One of the best things about this position is the flexibility it offers.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we'll work with you to create a schedule that suits your availability.

You'll get the chance to take on different shifts, including Fitness, Customer Service, and Recreation, ensuring you never have a dull day at work.

This is a permanent 16-hour position , offering stability and room for growth.

As part of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our pool and leisure facilities, helping Aucklanders get active in their own unique way.

Now, let's talk about you.

In this role, excellent communication skills, maturity, and reliability are essential.

We need someone who can think on their feet and take initiative when needed.

If you're passionate about sports and recreation and have a relevant qualification or are working towards one, you're exactly who we're looking for.

A Reps registration and a current first aid certificate would be a huge plus.


Don't worry if you don't have a First Aid Certificate yet.

We can provide training for that once you join our team.

Our centers operate seven days a week, so flexibility is key.

You'll have the opportunity to work early morning shifts starting at 5:00 am, late shifts until 10:00 pm, as well as weekends and public holidays.

It's all about finding the balance that works for you.


Our locations span across East and South Auckland, including Allan Brewster (Papatoetoe), Howick, Lloyd Elsmore (Pakuranga), Marina Fitness (Half Moon Bay), Moana-Nui-a-Kiwa (Mangere), Manurewa, Papatoetoe Centennial, and Te Matariki Clendon.
