This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or early‑career professional with an interest in power systems, control technology, or electrical engineering.

As our Network Controller, you’ll work in TLC’s control room — the nerve centre of our electricity network — monitoring, analysing, and managing live systems to ensure power is delivered safely and efficiently across the region.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience with SCADA systems, coordinate planned outages, and play a key part in restoring power when faults occur.

What you’ll bring

  • A tertiary qualification in Electrical, Power, or Network Engineering (or related field)

Bonus if you have

  • 1–2 years’ experience in the electricity or energy industry
  • A Level 4 Electricity Supply Network Controller qualification or Electrical Registration
  • Experience working in process‑driven or critical operations environments
