We’re looking for a National Operations Centre Operator to join our team and play a critical role in supporting the safety and efficiency of our field‑based Camera Operators.
Based in our Mt Wellington Operations Centre, you'll be the first line of support, providing real‑time monitoring and rapid response to any issues that arise.
Your main responsibility will be to monitor live CCTV feeds to ensure the welfare of our Camera Operators nationwide.
You’ll also support operational coordination, making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time, and provide frontline technical assistance for any system issues that may occur.
This role operates on a 24/7 rotating roster and requires a high level of attention to detail, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to remain calm and focused in high‑pressure situations.
You'll play a key role in incident escalation, system monitoring, and ensuring seamless communication across our nationwide operations.
