B&D New Zealand is looking for a dynamic National Key Account Manager to lead our engagement with top-tier clients across the country.
In this role you will champion profitable growth in national builder, commercial, and prefab channels.This is a varied and high impact role with a great deal of autonomy, however within your average week you can expect to:Lead growth strategy by developing robust relationships with stakeholders in our national builder, commercial and pre-fabrication accountsExecute B&D's business strategies, creating demand and sales to meet sales targets and KPI'sWork together with our internal sales team and dealer customers to provide strategic direction, coaching and mentoringBenefitsLife, total permanent disability, and Health Insurance (medical and surgical cover)Give back to the communities in which we live and work, with our Community Action Day and other programs20 weeks paid parental leave (primary carers) topped up to your normal pay and 2 weeks paid partner leave available after 6 monthsWe will match up to 4% of your salary to KiwisaverEnjoy generous discounts on both DuluxGroup products and through our corporate partnerships.Enjoy comprehensive, holistic health and well-being support, including our Wellbeing Hub and full EAP supportSkills and ExperienceRelationships play a big part in this role, so you'll need to have strong influencing skills and the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders to excel.
