We are a technology-led business developing custom technology solutions that provide accurate and real-time benefits for commercial vehicle fleets.
About the Role:
As our National Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in fueling our continued growth and success.
Your primary objective is to drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities across New Zealand.
You will manage complex sales cycles, develop meaningful relationships with key decision-makers, and showcase SuperTyre's unique tech solutions.
This role offers flexibility with the option to be based in either Auckland or Christchurch.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Revenue Growth:
Secure new large-to-medium-sized business partnerships to expand the customer base.
Proactive Business Development:
Identify and target key accounts to create new business opportunities.
Lead Complex Sales Cycles:
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Respond to RFPs and RFIs:
Lead responses to complex RFPs and RFIs, crafting tailored and compelling proposals.
Build Relationships:
Develop strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers across a range of organisations, understanding their fleet tyre service needs.
Long-term Partnerships:
Focus on securing long-term partnerships that generate predictable, recurring revenue streams.
Collaborate with Internal Teams:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment in the delivery of tailored solutions.
