This exciting move marks a significant step in LivSpace and CARTERS becoming a one-stop destination for end-to-end interiors offering (flooring and kitchens) and construction solutions.To spearhead this new integrated offering, we're looking for a MobileProject Manager Flooringbased inNelsonwho will collaborate with CARTERS' Account Managers in the field who have established relationships and connections across our branch network in the Nelson, Tasman and Marlborough region.As the Project Manager Flooring you will aim to deliver high-quality hard and soft flooring solutions that complement LivSpace's existing offers, strengthening its position in the interior supply and install business.You will divide your time between meeting customers in the LivSpace showroom and meeting customers onsite or in their homes.
You will take customers through the end-to-end sales processes from presenting samples, measuring, quantifying, quoting, managing installations and after sales support.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in flooring, established connectionswithinstallersand is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.The key functions for this role includes:Working closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences tailored to their flooring needsHelping customers to select materials and finishes that are appropriate for the application and client preferencesMeasuring, quantifying and pricingWorking with Account Managers to convert consultations into salesDelivering an outstanding client experience, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the consultation, quoting and install processSkills & Experience:Solid background in soft and/or hard flooring in the retail or commercial sectorTechnically capable, understands products and installationSound measuring, quantifying & pricing experienceAbility to build and maintain strong customer relationshipsProject management experience - organised, detailed with exceptional time management & multitasking abilities.A team player with a positive, can-do attitudeWhat we offer7.5% Benefits Package, includes Superannuation Savings Scheme, Life & Disability InsuranceWe also pay for your Southern Cross Health InsuranceSupportive, respectful, fun, collaborative, diverse teamBuying privileges across all Carters storesIf this sounds like you, we'd be keen to hear from you.
