· Grade 12 (Matric).

· Valid Driver’s licence and Own Car

· FAIS Compliance

· Clear criminal and credit check

· Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales)

· Computer literacy (MS Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

Customer Service

Provide a quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention.

Develop and implement a relationship management plan for potential customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision-makers and influencers within the customer organization and to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues.

Operational Compliance

Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards.

Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure.

Monitor and assess sales and market data for a specific geographic region that will assist management in identifying areas in the market where business can be developed.
