This is a multi-skilled Project Manager and Business Analyst position focused on helping clients discover the power of Salesforce through business analysis, discovery workshops, and delivery leadership.
Responsibilities
- As a Business Analyst: Support the delivery of approved products using agile techniques to ensure high-quality products and user experience; build relationships with stakeholders; plan and facilitate requirement gathering workshops; analyse results; develop business requirements; identify opportunities for process improvement and simplification; express required business outcomes and user experience through quality user stories and acceptance criteria; work closely with client and product owners to ensure features and stories are structured and prioritised effectively; develop project documentation to ensure transparent delivery.
- As a Delivery Lead: Plan and manage delivery using agile techniques; act as Scrum Master for delivery teams; lead and support project teams to deliver milestones, goals and product outcomes on time and within budget; manage stakeholder relationships including steering committees; implement continuous monitoring, evaluation and improvement of product delivery including customer feedback analysis and risk mitigation.

What Your Role And Typical Day Might Look Like
Build on our success by joining as a BA/Delivery Lead to help clients discover the power of Salesforce.
You’ll work closely with clients and users to understand pain points, run discovery workshops, capture as-is and to-be states, and translate business requirements into design documents.
You’ll also set up and manage projects as required, coordinating plans, resources and stakeholder engagement in a collaborative, hybrid role.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities include:
- Support the delivery of products using agile methods to ensure quality and good user experience
- Plan and facilitate requirement workshops; translate results into business requirements and process improvements
- Create clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work with clients and product owners to prioritise features and stories
- Produce project documentation and maintain transparency
Qualifications / What You Bring
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager; qualifications/certifications in BA, agile PM or product management are a bonus
- Experience in an agile environment, ideally in Consulting/Professional Services delivering digital technologies at an enterprise level
- Understanding of SDLC, change management and human-centred design
- Self-starter with facilitation and presentation skills; able to guide clients through transformation
- Strong problem solving, organizational, analytical and curious mindset
- Strong English written and verbal communication for workshops, stakeholder engagement and documentation
