Here's your chance to make an impact as part of our Planning team, supporting the success of our Creative categories including Art, Craft, Photography and Copy Centre across both Warehouse Stationery and The Warehouse stores.The Warehouse Group (TWG) has become a Kiwi household name, proudly recognised for the role we play in communities throughout New Zealand.

As a Merchandise Planner within our Creative categories, you'll play a critical role in ensuring financial rigour, commercial effectiveness and category growth.
Partnering closely with our buying and supply chain teams, you'll build robust commercial and assortment plans, manage OTB with precision, and ensure our budgets are delivering strong return.
You'll diagnose issues, provide clear solutions, and consistently analyse category performance to drive improvements.
This is a dynamic role where pace, accuracy, and energy are essential.
You'll enter a highly communicative, ambitious team that thrives on collaboration, while bringing your own diligence and commercial mindset to help us deliver for our customers.ResponsibilitiesPartnering with Buyers to create robust assortment plans and manage OTBSetting budgets and delivering financially accurate forecastsDriving financial planning and building category growth strategiesAnalysing product performance, diagnosing issues, and identifying consistent solutionsOptimising stock-flow and product lifecycle to maximise ROIForecasting demand, including the impacts of promotions and seasonal trendsTurning data into actionable insights and clear commercial storytellingCommunicating strategies and recommendations across stakeholdersQualificationsYou understand merchandise planning and bring strong financial acumen, commercial nous, and analytical skills.
