You'll be across the detail while steering the bigger picture, ensuring our clients get solutions that are as creative as they are effective.
This role reports into, and works alongside, the Business Director.What you'll doTake ownership of key client relationships, building trust and becoming their go-to partner.Lead the delivery of integrated, insight-driven media strategies that make an impact.Partner with senior clients to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and long-term success.Oversee account performance, ensuring excellence in execution and measurable results.Mentor, coach, and develop client service teams — setting them up to thriveSupport commercial performance by managing budgets, forecasts, and profitability with confidenceCollaborate with channel, strategy, creative, and data teams to bring bold, effective ideas to lifeMake meaningful contributions to new business pitches.What you'll bringStrong experience in a client service leadership role within a media agency environment.Proven expertise in media planning and buying across offline, digital, and emerging channels.The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational excellence.Sharp commercial acumen and confidence in managing revenue, forecasts, and growth pipelines.Outstanding relationship-building skills — you can hold your own in the boardroom and inspire your team day-to-day.A collaborative leadership style that builds trust and brings energy.Curiosity and a forward-looking mindset — always seeking smarter, braver ways to use media.We're a big agency with a big mission: to make change that matters.
