**The Opportunity**



AECOM has a rare opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to join our established Building Services team.

In this role, you will provide mechanical design solutions to our clients on a diverse range of projects such as Data Centres, Commercial, Education, Defence and Healthcare.





Joining a highly motivated and driven team, you will work under the guidance of our senior team members on dynamic and challenging projects, helping to develop you further as an engineer of the future.

As a growing professional, you will contribute to the delivery of moderate to large scale projects and develop your technical skills across a range of mechanical systems.





**Qualifications**



**About You**



We are looking for a motivated engineer who thrives on project delivery within a high-support environment who has the following:



+ Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering

+ 3+ years of solid mechanical engineering experience, ideally in a consulting environment

+ Knowledge of design and analysis of mechanical piping and distribution systems including equipment selections

+ Experience in preparing technical design documentation

+ Familiar with HVAC and building codes and standards

+ Ability to manage project priorities and communicate effectively with both internal and external clients

+ Exceptional levels of written and oral communication.



This role presents an excellent opportunity for a junior/intermediate engineer looking to take the next step in their career, joining a global consultancy and assisting in the continued growth of the mechanical team and the wider business.
