**Digital Communications Specialist - Datam**Working with Datam, you'll get the best of both worlds.

We operate like a small business to help our customers deliver great experiences through communications, yet we have the necessary foundations and support of NZ Post when we need it.**Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role**You'll take a hands-on approach to brand management, email delivery and marketing initiatives, ensuring desired outcomes are achieved.

You'll be the guardian of Datam's brand across online channels and within internal and external marketing collateral.Here's what that looks like day-to-day:* Lead the deliverability of specific email campaigns; prior experience with email platforms would be ideal* Keep our website and LinkedIn fresh, on-brand and customer-focused — improving usability and content along the way* Create and maintain great tools and collateral that help our sales and product teams tell our story.

Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Suite would be desirable* Support marketing and PR activity that builds our brand and grows our customer relationships* Be a go-to connector across teams — work with tech, product, and the customer success team to make sure communication flows smoothly inside and outAs part of the Product team, you'll work closely with the Product Managers to understand customer needs and will also collaborate with Technology, Sales and the Service Teams to execute programmes that drive successful customer engagement, outcomes and brand preference of Datam.**Mōu - About you**You're experienced in email delivery and understand the detail and design thinking that sit behind successful communication outcomes.

Your background might span B2B, marketing, communications or digital design, but what really sets you apart is your curiosity, initiative, and confidence to take ownership and deliver results.
