We are seeking a savvy, future focused and eager marketing coordinator to support all marketing activities across traditional, digital, social platforms to build the brand, strengthen customer relationships and achieve commercial objectives.



THE ROLE:

  • This is a generalist operational marketing role with an increasing digital focus.

    The role works across the business with an external and internal support focus.
  • External / Customer Communications
  • Develop and deploy engaging customer e-mail communications
  • Co-ordinate and deploy surveys (e.g. C-NPS) and communicate results
  • Liaise with agency partners re optimising media and dispatching promotional activities
  • Assist with the implementation of the brand and product marketing strategy
  • Produce creative content to support the brand, including product marketing
  • Complete digital performance reporting including Google Analytics and SEM updates
  • Assist with the completion of external Company reporting
  • Support deployment of press releases.
  • Social Media & Company Website
  • Responsible for CMS updates to the company websites
  • Support upgrades of the company’s websites
  • Developing targeted social media advertising across all brands
  • Merchandise, Print and Artwork
  • Co-ordinate all aspects of digital and print requirements including merchandise development
  • Various Tasks
  • Build and maintain relationships with key marketing and external communications stakeholders or suppliers
  • Organising/planning of sponsorship and trade show presence
  • As requested, undertake projects or activities as required by the business.
  • Complies with QV Group Health and Safety Policy at all times and actively contributes as an individual at team and local levels
  • Who you report to:

    You will report to the GM Marketing.

    ABOUT YOU

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with demonstrated experience in writing, proofing and editing marketing and communications materials
  • The ability to learn quickly, and a desire to help out in areas of the business requiring communications or specific tasks to complete
  • The following systems experience would be advantageous: o MailChimp / e-mail marketing platform o Website content management systems – (Wagtail) o Google Analytics o FaceBook and LinkedIn o Photoshop
  • You will have a collaborative working style yet be able to stand on your own two feet
  • You will be a doer, capable of speedily delivering high volumes of quality work, yet also be flexible and able respond to incoming requests.
  • You will be curious, and keen to learn more, and constantly looking at what’s possible.
  • This role will ideally suit a candidate with two to three years marketing experience.
