To keep Auckland moving, we aim to improve travel choices, making it simple, easy, and highly attractive option to travel by public transport and active modes.The Public Transport, Facilities & Structures Manager will lead, motivate and empower a team of project managers delivering a programme of public transport infrastructure asset renewals and minor capex upgrades, to enable safe customer end-to-end journeys across ferry, vertical infrastructure and facilities workstreams.Key Tasks will include:Effective leadership, management and mentoring of a team of internal and external project managers delivering public transport and facilities infrastructure programmes and projects.Responsibility and accountability for robust programme management of marine and vertical infrastructure workstreams across the full project lifecycles, from investigation to concept designs, detailed design and implementation for marine and facilities.Leadership and advocacy on behalf of the AT team with key internal and external stakeholder groups.Responsibility and accountability for Delegated Financial Approvals incl.
procurements.Leading, managing and / or oversight of tender and consent processes.Ensuring infrastructure projects and programmes are delivered efficiently and transparently to Sponsor requirements ensuring timeliness, quality and value for money outcomes.Managing allocated budget in accordance with organisational policies and practices.Na tau rourou | What will you bring?
