As our Manager Digital Platforms Delivery, you will take the helm of our team's leadership responsibilities in two crucial areas: People and Digital Platform Delivery.
Leading our highly skilled technical team in Digital Enterprise Services during complex service transitions is a major task.
As we shift from legacy methods to modern ways of working, your role becomes pivotal in guiding our team through this transformation.
You'll empower our team members to embrace new approaches, expand their career horizons from projects to broad programs, transition from waterfall to agile methodologies, and shift from capital funding to operational expenditure and continuous delivery.
Your support is essential in making this transition a success with their full engagement.
Driving strategic investment decisions, timing, commitments, and execution across our digital technologies is another crucial aspect of your role.
Overcoming barriers and challenges to ensure we make the right choices at the right time is paramount.
Simultaneously, you'll lead the charge in implementing modern delivery methods, breaking down any obstacles that stand in our way.
Your goal is to steer our programs, projects, investments, and initiatives towards doing what's right, rather than sticking to old habits.
Your leadership in Digital Platform Delivery, encompassing people, processes, and platforms, is a linchpin in our success.
By streamlining our complex environment through standardised methods and processes, you'll help unlock valuable resources and accelerate our delivery capabilities, be it capital, operational expenditure, or workforce.
Moreover, your role fosters a culture of connectivity and continuous improvement for our systems and services.
Ensuring availability aligns with service levels and customer expectations is a priority.
You'll also play a crucial part in shaping Planning & Delivery outcomes within our overall Data & Digital strategy, representing your domain as a driving force at our Digital Enterprise Services leadership table.
