The Opportunity
The role
This role is responsible for the design and implementation of business solutions that drive industry, function and technology transformations for Accenture clients, and defines the strategy and actions needed to achieve clients’ business purposes.
This role evaluates current state and designs new processes and solutions leveraging established methods, tools, and assets, as well as implementing programs and interventions that prepare the organization for change.
Minimum qualifications, experience and professional attributes
+ Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience
+ Minimum 5 years of Consulting experience operating at a senior, strategic level working alongside key, senior stakeholders
+ Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients and influence
+ Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing business solutions to drive client transformations across industry, function and technology
+ As Is / To Be analysis with the ability to propose strategic solutions using established methods, tools and assets to drive organizational change
+ Implementation of programs and interventions to drive organizational change
+ Meets or exceeds agreed chargeability, business development, professional development and recruitment; and market facing metrics
+ Shares knowledge with others through project teams or People Lead roles
+ Refine practice capabilities through career counselling and guidance as a People Lead
+ Contribute to thought leadership within the practice
+ Establishes a solid network across Accenture
+ Refine the identification and management of sales opportunities with the support of Senior Managers
+ Actively seek to increase the commercial footprint of the practice through delivery of quality product and advice
+ Identity areas for improvement across the practice including industry best practice frameworks and methodologies
+ Share experiences across the practice, providing insight into engagements
+ The role requires a flexible and adaptable nature
Given the consulting nature of our work, travel to client sites when needed is required.

5hrs across Monday-Friday.

We offer a competitive salary and eligibility for an annual bonus (dependent on both company and individual performance).
