Exciting Opportunities Within our Maintenance Team - Expressions of InterestWith new and exciting contracts kicking off in ****, we are seeking Expressions of Interest for enthusiastic locals to join our team, helping deliver essential infrastructure and maintenance services across the South Canterbury region.
We are especially interested in hearing from local people based in Timaru, Ashburton, Waimate or the McKenzie District keen to be part of our team working on Roading Maintenance contracts.
If you have skills or experience in road maintenance, construction, engineering, or project management, we want to hear from you!
Network Patrol Person x 2 – Based in Timaru, responsible for carrying out routine maintenance along the network, including maintaining signs, edge markers, repairing potholes and many more, whilst also responding to any network incidents.
No two days are the same.
Machine operators – Experience in a wide range of plant operation, including tracked and wheeled excavators, loaders and tractor/graders.
Truck drivers - Class 4 & 5 (class 5 preferred) x 4 roles – These roles will include an element of manual labour work as well.
Labourers x 4 roles – Roles involve working as part of a crew, varied works and activities.
