You'll operate and maintain a wide range of machinery for a number of different farming tasks.
As a Machinery Operator you could be feeding out with a tractor and silage wagon, operating our toppers, muck flicker or slurry tanker.
We also operate a bobcat and a digger too.Beyond machinery, you'll play a key part in fencing and building repairs, water pipe fixes, and general farm maintenance.
You'll be trusted to work independently, flexibly adapting to changing priorities and a variety of tasks, while always keeping safety, animal welfare, and environmental compliance front of mind.As part of our close-knit team, you'll help maintain the property and assets, ensuring everything runs smoothly and securely.
Daily you'll be on farms, so you'll enjoy the variety this brings.
You'll use our job scheduling system (Aroflo) to record completed work, and you'll stay up to date with all company policies, including animal welfare codes and health and safety standards.
