Machine Operator - Packing Job Opening In New Zealand, New Zealand – Now Hiring Douglas

What you'll do


  • Be hands-on in producing life-changing medicines - prepare raw materials, set up and run equipment, and ensure every batch meets the highest standards.
  • Take ownership of quality - complete records with precision, carry out in-process checks, and help maintain compliance to cGMP at every step.
  • Keep operations running smoothly - monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and play your part in maintaining a safe, clean and efficient production environment.
  • Grow your expertise - receive full training to cGMP standards, develop new skills, and gain experience in a fast-paced, regulated industry.
  • Make an impact beyond production - contribute to process improvements, problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement projects that shape how we work.

  • In this role you will work well on your own and in a team and you will be comfortable wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) - everything from hair nets, lab coats and booties right through to encapsulated suits.


    What you'll bring


  • Proven experience - at least 2 years in pharma, food, or chemical manufacturing, with hands-on knowledge of production machinery and processes.
  • Qualifications that count - certificate-level as a minimum, with a degree in Engineering, Chemical, or Pharmaceutical studies a strong advantage.
  • Technical edge - strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the confidence to keep complex equipment running smoothly.
