With over 160 employees, it is one of the largest regional practices in New Zealand.We are seeking talented and driven lawyers with 4+ years' experience to join our leading Litigation & Disputes Resolution team in Tauranga.About the RoleThis opportunity is somewhat unique due to the level of quality Court time, working on some of the most exciting cases.
For this reason, we are seeking applicants who consider themselves to be rising stars in the profession.
In return, we are offering a package that will be market leading.You would be part of an expert litigation practice, with over 20 contentious litigators who are driven but team focused.
The role would involve a diverse range of litigation work, such as civil, commercial, criminal, public law/regulatory, sport, trust, estates, and insolvency disputes.
Within this wide range of challenging work, we litigate in all court and tribunal levels, as well as mediated and arbitral processes.You will gain both client facing and court experience for top tier clients.
There would also be the opportunity to travel around New Zealand, as we litigate around the country.
