Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content LinkSelect how often (in days) to receive an alert:Two opportunities have arisen to work as a Libraries & Council Service Assistant in the Manurewa – Papakura Local Board area.Permanent Part time 24 hours (Currently working Monday, Wednesday and Friday – 8 hour/day)Permanent Part time 20 hours (Currently working Saturday 8:30 to 4 pm), Monday (9:30 am to 5:30 pm) and Wednesday (8:30 am to 3:30 pm)These opportunities are usually worked at Te Paataka Koorero o Waimaahia however you may be asked to work at any of our sites across the Manurewa - Papakura Local Boards.In this customer focused role, you will be contributing to the day to day running of the library and front-line library service.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues and customers to enable a great experience.

You will be working closely with our local community through a range of programmes, from children''s activities and supporting and/or delivering exciting learning programmes and activities that are driven by community need.Our library whanau is focused on caring for each other, our community and our environment.

You will play an active role in daily operations, ensuring patrons have an all-round excellent library experience.
