We are involved with a variety of projects from road construction and maintenance through to earthworks, drainage, marine works, and major projects of national significance.
We are seeking an experienced Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer to join our Auckland-based IT team in a full-time, permanent capacity.
This position offers 40 hours per week guaranteed, with a competitive pay rate of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum or more depending on experience.
In this role, you will work under supervision of the Helpdesk Coordinator and be responsible for accurate logging and resolution of technical issues reported by end users.
Your main activities on a daily basis will be end-user IT support, incident and service request ticket fulfilment as well as some project activity.
