We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning & Development (L&D) Advisor to join the People & Culture team.

This is a fantastic role where you'll get to support a creative and experienced team.

You will play a critical part in helping us create engaging e-learning programs that boost the skills and performance of our employees across all our sites.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting our Senior Instructional Designer to create engaging e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline.

  • Helping the Senior Instructional Designer build training plans and quizzes within our Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Working with our Systems Specialist to update and improve the processes for the L&D team.

  • Assisting with the daily administration of the LMS to keep our records accurate and support our users.

  • Helping manage L&D support tickets through JIRA to ensure timely and effective resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience using Articulate Storyline to create e-learning.

  • Experience working with an LMS or the digital competence to learn one quickly.

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Learning and Development or related role.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Education, or Business Management.

  • A strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
