OverviewWe're looking for a Lead Technical Analyst (Lead Application Specialist) to join our Enterprise Hub and take ownership of key platforms that support our banking environment—today and into the future.
You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our systems are secure, stable, and scalable, while supporting delivery and innovation across the business.Key responsibilitiesSupport delivery of enterprise applications and platforms, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and aligned with business needsMonitor and improve the digital employee experience using tools such as Nexthink, analysing sentiment and performance data to proactively resolve issuesDesign and implement AI-enabled workflows that automate routine tasks and support strategic outcomes using existing tools including ServiceNow and Co-Pilot StudioCollaborate with IT teams across the Enterprise Hub to optimise the digital environmentLead technical analysis, design, and integration efforts across complex systems with multiple dependenciesDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, alerts, and proactive monitoring capabilitiesProvide hands-on support and training for ServiceNow, NexThink and our AI toolsRole specificsAuckland/Wellington based opportunityFixed Term Contract role – 18 MonthsBanking benefits, flexible working options and moreKey skills and experienceStrong technical expertise across enterprise applications/platforms is preferred but not essentialHands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)Proven ability to lead technical analysis, design, and integration effortsAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersConfident working with architects, engineers, suppliers, and product teamsExperience working across business engagement or service management functionsAbility to align platform delivery with strategic business outcomesBonusExperience mentoring engineers or leading small technical teamsExperience with ServiceNow and Nexthink is highly advantageousFamiliarity with ALM planning, and platform simplificationExposure to enterprise governance processesExperience designing and deploying AI-powered tools and automation strategiesCulture and benefitsWe offer flexible working arrangements and a wellbeing day each quarter to support the wellbeing of our people.
